Afrigift is a Voucher management system that enables businesses and organizations to manage and sell gift cards and eVouchers.

• Contact merchant shops or Brands through Email | Phone | WhatsApp | • Merchant will then send gift card link through email or SMS _after payment_ To buy Gift Cards /eVouchers you will need to provide the following details to merchants. • Name if buyer (Person/Organization) • Name of Beneficiary/recipient (_where applicable_) • Phone Number • Email • Occasion/_Type of voucher_ (_where applicable_) • No of eVouchers/cards • Price/Value of eVoucher/Card • Validity • Message (Optional)

The eVoucher is the digital card whereas the card is the physical representation of the eVoucher.

The eVoucher will be delivered through email or SMS. The Card will be delivered on request based on the provided address by the purchaser. Delivery of the card will come at a cost, determined by the merchants.

• Gift cards or eVouchers can be redeemed redeem at Merchant shops or at participating shops/brands. • The card/eVoucher should be presented for scanning. • The Merchant can scan or input the Voucher number to redeem the value used/requested.

• eVouchers are not rechargeable. However, the cards are rechargeable. To recharge your card, please contact the merchant from whom you purchased the card or its agents to recharge the already issued card. _Contact details of merchants can be found behind the card or on the receipt received during purchase._ • The merchant will recharge the card through the following process: - Enter the unique voucher code or scan the QR code of the card to be recharged. - Once the above is done, the merchant will enter the amount /value to be added onto the card and submit. • Once submitted, the card will be recharged. • The existing amount on the card before being recharged will be topped up that with the newly added amount. • The new total amount will now be visible on the system. • You will then receive an SMS or Email message for the transaction _recharge_)that has just occurred

Yes. eVoucher or card can be redeemed from merchants who issued it or participating shops / brands on this platform.

Yes. This can be found at the terms and condition section on the evoucher/ card. It will also be stated by the issuing merchant at the point of purchase.

• Yes. • Every merchant has their own terms and condition Below are the terms and conditions for eVouchers and cards issued by Afrigift: • eVoucher / card can be used for payment of merchandise at all Afrigift partner shop. • eVoucher / card cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded or returned except required by law. • card can be loaded with value and presented for purchase at any of our partner shops • Value associated with card does not expire. • Misuse of eVoucher / card may constitute fraud. • Afrigift and its partners are not responsible for loss of card or unauthorized use.

Payments can mostly be done through cash, at the bank, using Mobile money wallet or debit card

There are hidden charges. Afrigift will always communicate the transaction fees to merchants and their customers.

Delivery and shipping come at an extra cost determined by the merchant.

The status of the card can be checked either through the website or from any merchant and point of sale.

There is no refund.

Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
